1. How to collect your coupons?

Step 1: Click the "Coupon" which is placed at the top of the homepage.

Step 2: You will be led to the page as shown below, then collect your coupons before the expiration date.

2. How to use coupon?

1. Get Your Coupon

Go to our Coupon Center to claim the coupons you want.
Each coupon will show its value, validity period, and minimum order amount (if any).
Tip: Make sure to log in to your account before claiming the coupon.

2. Add Items to Your Cart

Add your favorite products to the shopping cart.
Make sure your order total meets the coupon’s usage requirement.

3. Automatic Application at Checkout

When your order meets the condition:
• The eligible coupon will automatically appear in the “Discount” section on the checkout page.
• It will be checked and applied by default when your order meets the requirement.
You’ll see the discount amount deducted from your order total immediately.

P.S.You can also manually enter or paste a coupon code in the coupon box and click “Apply” to use it.

4. Review and Complete Your Order

Confirm your order details to complete your purchase.
Your savings will be shown in the final payment summary.

3. Why is my coupon not working?

Common reasons include：

The coupon has expired.
The coupon applies only to specific products or categories.
The coupon has a minimum order amount requirement.
You already used the coupon before (some coupons are one-time use only).
The coupon cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

4. Christmas Sale — 20% OFF Sitewide

1. What is the discount for this promotion?

All eligible products are offered at 20% OFF sitewide. The discounted price will be shown automatically at checkout.

2. How long does the promotion last?

The promotion is available for a limited time only.
Once the event ends, prices will return to their original amounts.
This Christmas promotion ends on Dec. 30, 2025 (PST).

3. Are all products included in the 20% OFF promotion?

Most products are included.
However, custom items, special-priced products, or certain restricted categories may be excluded, depending on availability and policy.

4. Can I apply the discount to an order I placed before the promotion started?

No.Once an order is submitted, the price at that time is final. We do not offer price adjustments or retroactive discounts.

5. What if I place the order during the promotion but complete payment after it ends?

The discount applies only if the payment is successfully completed within the promotion period.
Orders paid after the deadline will not receive the discount.

6. Will shipping or processing times be affected during the promotion?

Due to increased order volume, slight delays may occur.
We will process and ship all orders in the order they are received.

7. Are discounted items eligible for returns or exchanges?

Yes, following our standard return policy.
Refunds for returned items will be based on the amount actually paid, not the original price.

8. Is inventory guaranteed during the promotion?

Inventory is not guaranteed.
Even if an item shows as “in stock” on the website, actual availability may vary.

9. Does the store reserve the right to modify the promotion?

Yes. The website reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or interpret the promotion within applicable legal limits.
