problem analysis:

Measure:  

1. The new standard requires a temperature detection function. At present, the detection position and over-temperature protection point are not clearly defined; the car charger is equipped with over-temperature protection, and at the same time, after the car is fully charged, it will actively disconnect the power supply to prevent the battery from being overcharged.​​

 

2. In terms of terminal material selection, terminal and cable connection process, and cable specifications, more energy needs to be invested in research and demonstration. Only by solving the problem of temperature rise in essence, coupled with a temperature monitoring device, can the temperature of the car charger be kept within a controllable range when charging.

 

 

[Question 2] The inner part of the charging cable is broken, the insulating skin is worn, cracked, and the insulation is lowered; the car charger casing is damaged and leaks.

1. The protector will trip in time if there is leakage during standby or charging.

 

2. The charging line manufacturers have improved in terms of technology, structure, materials, etc.;

 

3. Considering that the user accidentally crushed the charging gun. There is a risk of electric shock when charging with this gun. Therefore, the shell of the charging gun should be made of materials with high strength, elastic coefficient, and high impact strength, so as not to cause safety accidents due to mechanical damage.
