An account is not necessary to place an order, you can also order via a guest account, we will update the order status with you by email.

However, we still recommend that you register an account, this process is simple, just leave a mailbox address and set your password. By registering an account, you can view the order status and other account information at any time.

You could choose the shipping method you prefer when checkout, different shipping methods will have different shipping rates and shipping times. Details please refer to the delivery information page.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days if the products are in stock. And all orders will be shipped within 7 days once the products become available.
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Please refer to the shipping rate section for details.

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply in this case.

When you order from Elecbee.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Our products are all made strictly according to the relative global standard, to ensure the products have good compatibility and excellent quality.

After confirming receipt of your payment. We will arrange the delivery as soon as possible and upload the courier number to the website for you to track.

1. You can apply to return within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Please make sure the outside package is intact, and the product is in its original condition. We will arrange your refund according to the relevant provisions once the package is received.

2. Return process: You Apply for a Return - Approve the Return - Arrange a Return - Receive the Products and make Inspection - We arrange a Refund;

3. We will bear the freight charges for returns caused by us, for instance, the quality problem. As to returns caused by the buyer, the buyer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
