Precautions for end connection
1.When industrial connectors are connected, they should be connected and checked in strict accordance with the corresponding requirements for the connection, and connected according to the corresponding contact number. The thickness of the maximum insulation layer between the selected cables should be matched with the distance between the contact parts, and the cable core should be matched with the wiring end of the contact parts.
2.During welding, the soldering iron with corresponding power should be selected according to the diameter of the bare wire. The welding time of each contact is generally not more than 3s. It should be noted that the flux cannot penetrate into the insulator, so as to avoid the decrease of the insulation resistance of the product.
3. Connectors, including contacts, may be cleaned with a cloth dampened with anhydrous ethanol and allowed to dry. Chemical solvents such as acetone that can have harmful effects on electrical connectors are not allowed.
4.When aviation plug connectors are not inserted, they must be covered with matching dust caps or taken other measures to prevent dust.
Check before plugging
1.The type, code, number, insertion position and direction of the industrial connector should meet the requirements of the design and process documents;
2.There should be no bending and no damage to the outer skin of the cable;
3.Aviation plug connector shell and interface should have no deformation, no crack, no thread wear, fastener loose or defect, coating without falling off;
4.Locking device, sealing ring should be intact;
5.No foreign bodies or liquids shall be found in the interfaces of pins and jacks;
6.The pins and inserts should not be skewed, deformed and other defects;
7.The insulator surface of the root of the pin should not be broken, uplifted and shed metal debris;
8.The pins and jacks should not have obvious shrinkage or protrusion phenomenon, and the same plane of the normal pins and jacks, the withdrawal or protrusion of the distance should be no more than 0.5mm, otherwise need to check whether the pins or jacks assembly is not in place or shrinkage problems.
Inserting and removing
1.Before plugging, check whether the code and interface of the plug and socket correspond to each other, and locate the plug accurately;
2.In the process of pushing or screwing the industrial connector, the plug should be aligned with the docking surface of the socket parallel, and then push or screw into place and lock along the axis. If there is a large blocking force or the feeling of jamming, stop the operation, and pull out to check whether there is a fault at the joint;
3.When tightening the connector, the cable extended from the rear cover must be tightened and cannot be rotated;
4.For the aviation plug connectors with heavy cables, the cables should be fixed in practical application to prevent the connectors from being unpulled or damaged due to cable sag;
5.After the electrical connector is inserted and locked, the rear cover outlet cable should be kept in a natural extension state. The starting point of cable bending should be more than 30mm away from the rear cover outlet.
6.When you insert or remove a connector, hold the connector itself. Do not hold the cable outside the rear cover.
