FPC circuit problems are mainly reflected in four aspects, as follows:
1. In the circuit board of the FPC connector, it is used for two layers of single-sided PI copper-clad material, supplemented by adhesive glue that opens a window at a specific position for lamination, and then the opposite conductor line of the two-layer separation structure in the local area. Boards to achieve high warpage performance in the delamination area are called substrates to generate double-sided boards.
2. For the double-sided circuit board in the FPC connector, it mainly uses the double-sided PI board copper-clad material. After the double-sided circuit is completed, a layer of protective film is added on both sides to become a double-layer conductor. circuit board.
3. The FPC connector also has a substrate to generate a single panel. It uses a pure copper foil material in the circuit manufacturing process, and then adds a layer of protective film to each of the two sides, thereby making only a single-layer conductor, but on the circuit board. Both sides of the circuit board have exposed conductors, so it is called a substrate to generate a single panel.
4. Regarding the single panel in the FPC connector, whether the single-sided PI copper coating is used to standardize the circuit is completed, and then a layer of protective film will be covered, and then a flexible circuit board with only a single-layer conductor of the connector will be formed.
