Installation knowledge of RJ45 network module

RJ45 module is a type of connector in the wiring system. The connector consists of a plug and a socket. The connector composed of these two components is connected between the wires to achieve the electrical continuity of the wires. The RJ45 socket and RJ45 connector (crystal head) are the basic connectors in the integrated wiring system. Below we mainly introduce the RJ45 connector in detail.
The core of the RJ45 module is a modular jack. Gold-plated wires or socket holes maintain a stable and reliable electrical connection to the modular plug springs. Due to the friction between the shrapnel and the jack, the electrical contact is further strengthened with the insertion of the plug. The jack body design adopts an overall locking mechanism so that when a modular plug (such as an RJ45 plug) is inserted, the interface between the plug and the jack can produce the maximum pulling strength. The connection block on the RJ45 module is connected to the twisted-pair cable through the wire slot, and the locking spring can fix the RJ45 module on the information outlet device such as the panel.
Modules are also divided into unshielded modules and shielded modules. Common unshielded modules are 2cm high, 2cm wide, and 3cm thick. The plastic body is resistant to high pressure, flame retardant, and UL rated hot-melt 94V-0. It can be snapped into any series of patterned panels, brackets, or surface-mounted boxes. The standard panel is installed at a 90-degree (vertical) or 45-degree oblique angle. The special process design provides at least 750 repeated insertion and removal. The module uses the T568A and T568B wiring universal labels. It also has a white flat wire insertion cover. This type of module usually requires a wiring tool-a a 914 tool with a 110 blade to wire the cable. This non-shielded module is also the most widely used in domestic integrated wiring systems, and its shape has remained fairly consistent regardless of whether it is from three, five, or super five or six.
To facilitate the user's plug-in installation operation, users also like to use the 45-degree bevel operation. To achieve this goal, it can be completed with the current standard module plus a 45-degree bevel panel, or the module mounting end can be directly designed into 45-degree bevel. The wire-free tool design is also an embodiment of the humanized design of the module. No special cutter is required when this module is terminated.
When the module is connected to a modular plug (RJ45 header), stringing is an important factor considered in the design. To make the entire link have better transmission performance, crosstalk cancellation technology is often used in the socket. Crosstalk cancellation technology can produce Crosstalk signals of the same magnitude and opposite polarity as the interference introduced from the plug to cancel the crosstalk.
The RJ45 connector is the most important and most common in network communication.
